Chickpea Salad [ V + GF]

Chickpea Salad [V + GF]

Can opener
Sharp knife
Mixing bowl


15 oz can chickpeas, drained
1 celery stalk
4 red small radishes
1/4 red onion
1/4 cup Just Mayo
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar


  1. Drain chickpeas and discard liquid. Empty beans into a mixing bowl and roughly mash with a fork.
  2. Finely chop celery, radishes and onion and add to bowl.
  3. Mix in mayo and vinegar. Serve in a sandwich, lettuce wrap or buddha bowl. Enjoy!
