Vegan Chai Latte

Everyone needs a pick-me-up sometimes. But, why not break from tradition and try something other than coffee?

Herbal lattes are an awesome alternative and can help you kick your coffee addiction to the curb!

Even better, they have holistic benefits that can target particular parts of the body and improve their function!

This Vegan Chai Latte is made with anti-inflammatory spices (i.e. ginger and cinnamon) so it can actually aid with gut health rather than disrupt it.

This latte is a great way to start the day or compliment a light snack to quench your hunger for those days you just can’t seem to feel full. Now, it’s latte time!
